1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Eco-Terra Cleaning Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please contact us.

2. Service Scope

Eco-Terra provides professional cleaning services using eco-friendly products. The specific scope of work for each session will be agreed upon at the time of booking. While we strive for perfection, results may vary based on the condition of the surfaces and materials being cleaned.

3. Booking & Cancellation

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service are free of charge.
• Cancellations within 24-48 hours incur a 50% service fee.
• Same-day cancellations or "no-shows" will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

4. Access to Property

Clients must provide clear access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team is unable to enter the property within 20 minutes of the arrival time, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation.

5. Safety & Liability

Our team is trained in safety protocols. However, Eco-Terra is not liable for damage to items that were already damaged, poorly installed, or excessively worn. We recommend securing fragile or high-value items before our arrival.

6. Modification of Terms

Eco-Terra reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
